Privacy

Swan Yay Crafts is one person making knife covers. We collect what it takes to make yours and get it to you, and nothing else.

What we collect

• The photo of your knife. You upload it; we measure the blade from it and cut the cover to that outline.
• Your name, email and shipping address. Collected at checkout by Stripe and passed to us so we can post the cover.
• Anonymous page analytics. Aggregate counts of pages viewed. No cookies, no cross-site tracking, no profile of you.

What we never see

Your card details. Payment happens on Stripe's own systems; card numbers never touch this site or any machine we control.

Who processes it

• Stripe — payment, and the checkout that collects your address.
• Supabase — stores your photo and your order record.
• Vercel — hosts the site and provides the anonymous analytics.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone beyond the three services above and the postal carrier.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept as long as tax and accounting rules require. Photos are kept while your order is open and for 90 days after it ships, so we can remake a cover if something goes wrong. If you upload a photo and don't order, we delete it after 30 days. Ask and we will delete yours sooner.

Having it deleted

Email hello@swanyaycrafts.com and say what you want removed. We will do it and tell you it is done.
