How to photograph your knife
Ingredients
- 1 knife needing a bespoke cover
- 1 sheet plain white printer paper
- 1 dark, flat surface
- Soft daylight (a window, no flash)

Directions
- Lay the paper on the dark surface.
- Lay the knife (or knives) on the paper, handles hanging off the edge.
- Shoot straight down, flash off, and keep your shadow off the paper.
- Get the whole knife and the whole sheet in frame.
